Holiday celebrations

In the second half of December, Prior Lake hoops players had multiple chances to participate in team dinners and team-building activities with the goal of creating winning chemistry and a team-first culture.

First, in mid-December the Lakers gathered at Culvers of Prior Lake, a Silver Sponsor of the program, for a team dinner. We’re grateful to Culvers and all our fantastic sponsors for supporting the boys program… and the butter burgers are fantastic!

Second, on December 23 the full program gathered for a morning of team-building activities with Rick Rassier, gift exchanges, and a team meal. It was a great way to head into the holiday break and build culture together off the court.

After the holidays, the Lakers played games against Chaska and Shakopee in the Holiday Invitational. After their victory on December 29, the team celebrated with a meal at The Crooked Pint, a Silver Sponsor of the program.

Finally, to bring in the New Year the program gathered for a fun outing to the LaunchPad Golf Facility in Prior Lake. We’ll let you take guesses on who the best golfers are on the team (players and coaches). Ask the players and see what they say!
